Tortoiseshell Tissue Box

We would like to introduce our Tortoiseshell Tissue Box which was created especially for Forwood Design. Of course we use faux tortoiseshell on all our tortoiseshell designs. The print we use is unique to Forwood Design. A tissue box holder is such a good way to hide ugly multi-colored tissue boxes that can ruin the look of an otherwise well-decorated space. This tissue box holder is ideal for offices, hotels and of course home use. It brings a subtle touch of elegance to your interior decoration and will suit both modern and traditional room settings. Covering a tissue box will of course instantly make it look more aesthetic, luxurious and expensive. The box comes with a magnetic hinged base which will hold the carton in the holder when moved around.

Tortoiseshell has always been an expensive material because its beautifully mottled appearance appealed to people. The shell was very popular with the Victorians. They manufactured a wide variety of items such as fans, boxes, tea caddies, spectacles and photo frames.
