Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Information
Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Purchases are sent out with Parcel Force 48h or next day Royal Mail Special Delivery and are tracked. Most orders are sent out within 2 days and delivered within 3 to 5 days of placing your order (excluding weekends and Bank holidays).
Please contact customer support if your order has not been received within 5 days and we will check the tracking status.
International Shipping
Some products can be shipped internationally, please contact us at sales@forwooddesign.com to arrange a quote.
Returns Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us for either a replacement or a full refund.
Notify us at sales@forwooddesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions including our returns address and will need to receive returned item within 10 working days of notifying us. The purchase must be in perfect condition on return, so please ensure that it is wrapped in its original packing and secured sufficiently enough to withstand delivery. We recommend you use registered and insured delivery keeping the receipt as proof of posting. Forwood Design cannot be responsible for returned purchases damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Although unexpected, items can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at sales@forwooddesign.com, including pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange collection of damaged item and once received, will send out a replacement or issue you a full refund within 24 hours.
Replacements for returned goods, and/or a full reimbursement cannot be processed until we have received the returned item in our warehouse.

How do I know that my order has been processed and shipped?
After an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once we receive your order, we will aim to make delivery to you within 3-5 working days (see delivery for more information). If you have any concern about a delivery, please contact us at sales@forwooddesign.com with your telephone number and we will be in touch immediately to help sort any issue.
What Happens if I receive a damaged item?
Although unexpected, it can happen. Please contact us at sales@forwooddesign.com letting us know the situation and please include pictures of the damaged item including packaging and we will contact you immediately. Once we receive damage item back to us (at our cost), we will send out 24 hour replacement or if you have requested a full reimbursement will process immediately.
How do I care for my faux shagreen?
The of the practical benefits of choosing to work with faux shagreen rather than real shagreen leather is that it wears so well. If your faux shagreen becomes stained, wipe clean with a damp cloth, certainly works well with wine and coffee! Also be careful to keep our of extreme heat.
Is it ok if I want to replace my product with something else after it arrives?
Absolutely no issue. Please let us know at sales@forwooddesign.com and we will respond with details of how to proceed. You will be asked to arrange item back to us at your expense (see returns for more information. Once we receive the item back that you want to replace , we will ship out your change of order item. Delivery back to you within 4 working days.
