Our stylish large Walnut Carving board is a perfect addition to any kitchen counter or dining room side board. Made from end grain walnut and edged in stainless steel the board is both practical and versatile. Although more expensive to make, the end grain is far more resilient to cutting marks compared to a flat grain chopping board. The handles are also made from quality stainless steel.
One side of the board has a channel around the perimeter to prevent gravy from leaking over the edge. There is a small scoop in one corner to catch and hold the excess liquid. We have left the reverse side of the carving board flat so it can be used as a chopping board for cutting vegetables / fish or meat.
The board also looks very stylish as a serving platter for charcuterie, sushi or other savory delights. Of course don’t forget it will make an excellent cheese board for the last dinner course.

This board is not machine washable. To clean it, it should be scrubbed down with an abrasive washing cloth and warm water. Pat dry.
