Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Purchases are sent out with Parcel Force 48h or next day Royal Mail Special Delivery and are tracked. Most orders are sent out within 2 days and delivered within 3 to 5 days of placing your order (excluding weekends and Bank holidays).
Please contact customer support if your order has not been received within 5 days and we will check the tracking status.
Some products can be shipped internationally, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a quote.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us for either a replacement or a full refund.
Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions including our returns address and will need to receive returned item within 10 working days of notifying us. The purchase must be in perfect condition on return, so please ensure that it is wrapped in its original packing and secured sufficiently enough to withstand delivery. We recommend you use registered and insured delivery keeping the receipt as proof of posting. Forwood Design cannot be responsible for returned purchases damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Although unexpected, items can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at email@example.com, including pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange collection of damaged item and once received, will send out a replacement or issue you a full refund within 24 hours.
Replacements for returned goods, and/or a full reimbursement cannot be processed until we have received the returned item in our warehouse.
