We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return it to us for either a replacement or a full refund.
Notify us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions including our returns address and will need to receive returned item within 10 working days of notifying us. The purchase must be in perfect condition on return, so please ensure that it is wrapped in its original packing and secured sufficiently enough to withstand delivery. We recommend you use registered and insured delivery keeping the receipt as proof of posting. Forwood Design cannot be responsible for returned purchases damaged or lost in transit back to us.
Although unexpected, items can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange collection of damaged item and once received, will send out a replacement or issue you a full refund within 24 hours.
Replacements for returned goods, and/or a full reimbursement cannot be processed until we have received the returned item in our warehouse.
